Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred and/or 2+ years in a financial services operations role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to handle multiple assignments and work under pressure to produce accurate results.
• Strong organizational skills to prioritize and complete tasks independently or in a team.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for a team-oriented environment.
• Passion for providing high-value client service and reliability in attendance/performance.

Responsabilités

• Facilitate accurate and timely transfer of client assets by reviewing transfer documentation.
• Coordinate with financial institutions and vendors to complete transfers.
• Monitor transfers through completion while ensuring compliance with regulations and firm policies.
• Communicate with Financial Advisors, Clients, and business partners to address questions and requests.
• Review paperwork for proper documentation and signatures required to process requests.
• Oversee transfers through NSCC and DTC interfaces and monitor status to detect and correct issues.
