Job summary

TD Bank is seeking a Client Engagement Specialist at our Westhampton Beach location to acquire and deepen client relationships, focusing on consultative discovery and personalized banking solutions. You will guide clients through features, benefits, and risks, and connect them with mortgage and residential lending options while upholding TD's risk standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of client-facing experience in service, sales or relationships.
• Teller or cash-handling experience preferred in a financial institution.
• Experience educating clients on products and services in a consultative manner.
• Clear and effective communication with clients and colleagues.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to obtain and maintain active NMLS registration as required.
• Notary License preferred or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities
