Responsibilities

• Process deposit and withdrawal transactions.
• Balance cash drawer and Teller Cash Recycler.
• Detect and report fraudulent or suspicious activities.
• Evaluate customer needs to suggest bank products and services.
• Open and process all types of new accounts.
• Take wire transfer requests.
• Assist customers with debit cards, internet banking, check orders, stop payments, and account closures.
• Resolve problems and handle special requests while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Cross-train staff and support team with duties as needed.
• Build relationships through needs-based conversations to drive loyalty and sales.
