Qualifications

• Candidate must hold Series 7 and Series 66 (63/65 in lieu) licenses.
• Minimum one year of experience in financial services or a sales environment with targets met.
• Experience in investments industry with knowledge of investment products and services.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Effective communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to build trust quickly.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound inquiries from leads regarding Merrill offerings.
• Position Merrill and Bank of America capabilities to clients.
• Collect client profile data following KYC procedures to open accounts as appropriate.
• Serve as interim Financial Advisor providing investment recommendations based on objectives and risk profile.
• Document all client interactions and opportunities in Salesforce.
