Qualifications

• 5+ years of work experience in a role supporting financial advisors or client service
• Bachelor’s degree or professional certification preferred
• Active Series 7 (GS) and Series 66 (AG/RA) or Series 63 (AG) and Series 65 (RA) required

Responsibilities

• Support Financial Advisor(s)/PWA(s) with client service and development efforts
• Prepare for meetings and track follow-ups
• Assist with digital marketing, portfolio holdings, and proposal tools
• Contribute to business plan execution with market stakeholders
• Provide backup coverage for clerical client service tasks
