The Infinite Agency in Dallas seeks a full-time Brand Supervisor who thrives on client relationships and guiding our team to align with goals. This role is about owning client accounts across diverse verticals, not just managing them.

You will own day-to-day strategy, client communications, and cross-functional collaboration from Brand Strategy to Digital, Creative, Content, Social, and Web, driving measurable results and growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in advertising or marketing, agency experience preferred.
• Proven client-facing and presentation skills with room ownership.
• Experience across verticals—retail, restaurant, healthcare a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
• Leadership experience and mentoring capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day client relationship and be the trusted partner your clients call first.
• Develop advertising and marketing strategies that drive measurable results across traditional and digital channels.
• Lead client business meetings, agency partner status calls, and internal kick-offs with clarity and confidence.
• Write and review briefs, scopes of work, estimates, presentations, and all client-facing documents.
• Partner with Project Management to keep projects on timeline and on budget.
• Identify and develop organic revenue growth opportunities within existing accounts.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand Strategy, Creative, Content, Social, Digital Media, Experiential, and Web teams to deliver integrated, high-quality work.
• Assist with monthly revenue recognition and billing detail.
• Organize and host client visits to Infinite, representing the agency with professionalism and pride.
• Lead weekly internal and client status meetings and ensure timely follow-through on all action items.
• Serve as a mentor and example to junior team members on the Brand team.
