Responsibilities

• Engage clients to uncover financial wellness opportunities during conversations and provide guidance.
• Open personal and small business accounts and related deposit products.
• Develop partnerships with branch teammates and business partners to acquire and deepen client relationships.
• Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures and proper documentation of interactions.
• Assist with Teller transactions; participate in morning huddles and occasional Saturday work.
