Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Engage clients to uncover needs and provide guidance for financial wellness.
• Open personal and business accounts and promote deposit products.
• Build partnerships with branch teammates and business partners to drive client acquisition.
• Ensure compliance with policies and proper documentation of client interactions.
• Assist with teller transactions and support branch operations.
• Participate in morning huddles and end-of-day debriefs.
