Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking an Associate Banker to represent the Chase brand in Amarillo, TX.

You will greet clients, deliver attentive service, and leverage digital banking tools to meet client needs while building trusted relationships and guiding customers toward the right products. In this role you will open new accounts, service existing ones, assist with everyday banking tasks, and collaborate with branch teammates to achieve branch goals.

Qualifications

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• Ability to learn products, services, and procedures quickly.
• Strong communication and empathy in client interactions.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby traffic with a tablet.
• Open new accounts and provide account servicing while following policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking using Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge with the team.
• Handle branch operations tasks such as cash devices and ATM management in line with policies.
