Qualifications

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment and greet clients entering the branch.
• Open new accounts and provide account servicing while following policies.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital self-service options.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and collaborating with teammates.
• Manage branch operations and cash devices in line with policies.
