Gerhard's Appliance in Wyncote, PA seeks a Sales Consultant focused on creating the ultimate client experience. You will build relationships, guide homeowners through appliance purchases, and become a trusted advisor with comprehensive product training.

Eligible candidates bring a client-first mindset, energy, and top-notch communication. This is a full-time role with evenings/weekends required and a strong base plus commission structure.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of customer service and/or sales experience.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients in showroom, by phone, and via follow-up to guide appliance purchases.
• Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets while delivering service excellence.
• Build relationships with clients and contractors to expand network.
• Manage full client journey from greeting to post-sale follow-up.
