Burrell Behavioral Health is seeking a Client Financial Services Representative - Cash Posting for a remote role. You will post client and insurance payments, reconcile discrepancies, and maintain accounting accuracy while supporting a compassionate team and efficient financial operations.

Ideal candidates have experience with insurance billing/collections, EFTs/EOBs, and strong attention to detail. This full-time position emphasizes timely processing and collaboration across departments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience or knowledge of insurance billing and collection practices is preferred or beneficial.
• Knowledge of EFTs (electronic funds transfers), explanations of benefits (EOBs), and basic medical/insurance terminology.

Responsibilities

• Post client and insurance payments accurately and efficiently.
• Reconcile accounts and research payment variances to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Enter and maintain financial information with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M.

Job Summary: Join Burrell Behavioral Health as a Client Financial Services Representative - Cash Posting and help support quality client care through accurate, timely financial processing. In this remote role, you will post and reconcile client and insurance payments, resolve account discrepancies, and collaborate with a compassionate team committed to serving our communities. Key Responsibilities

Education, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications

High school diploma or GED. Experience or knowledge of insurance billing and collection practices. Knowledge of electronic funds transfers (EFTs), explanations of benefits (EOBs), and basic medical and insurance terminology.

Additional Qualifications

• Cash-posting or accounts-receivable experience preferred.
• Familiarity with CPT and ICD-10 coding.
• Strong attention to detail, data-entry, communication, customer-service, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
