SKDKnickerbocker in New York seeks a Client Finance Associate to support the finance team with revenue tracking, invoicing, and forecasting across a portfolio of client accounts.

You will review contracts, update revenue trackers, and prepare financial presentations for budgets and reforecasts, collaborating with the Shared Financial Team and client-facing leaders to ensure accurate accounting and timely month-end close.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting is required.
• Strong collaboration with finance and client teams is essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are expected.
• Detail-oriented with ability to organize large data sets.

Responsabilités

• Monitor and review contracts to update revenue trackers.
• Coordinate with Shared Financial Team on invoicing and revenue recognition.
• Support client relationships with financial reporting and updates.
• Prepare financial presentations for budgets and forecasts.
• Develop ad-hoc reports and financial models as needed.
• Oversee AP/AR/Billing activities and month-end close deadlines.
• Reconcile and close projects in a timely manner.
