Base pay range

$90,000.00/yr - $105,000.00/yr

LaSalle Network is hiring an Client Finance Manager to lead daily operations and financial reporting for a growing organization. Based in Downtown Nashville, this role will oversee a team of accountants, ensure GAAP/IFRS compliance, and collaborate cross-functionally to support key business initiatives.

We're looking for a detail-driven leader with a background in M&A, purchase accounting, and team management-someone ready to step into a strategic role with growth potential.

Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements

Oversee AP, AR, GL, and payroll functions

Maintain internal controls and accounting policies

Manage audits and ensure tax compliance

Support M&A activity and purchase accounting

Provide insights through financial analysis

Lead, train, and mentor accounting staff

Collaborate with operations, legal, and finance teams

Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred

5+ years of accounting experience; 2+ years of leadership

Experience with purchase accounting and M&A required

Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with accounting software (NetSuite, SAP, QuickBooks)

Strong communicator and team motivator

Highly organized and deadline-driven
