Job summary

PHd, part of Omnicom, is seeking a Client Finance professional to manage multiple client finances, including budgeting, billing, reporting, and AR, across business units. You will act as the primary liaison between the Budget Management Group, agency units, and clients; build strong relationships; and coordinate deliverables and meetings.

Requires a Bachelor's in Business and 4–6 years in client services/advertising finance; strong Excel skills; excellent communication; and a proactive,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, preferably Accounting or Finance.
• 4-6 years related work experience; marketing/advertising industry experience a plus - Prior client management experience required.
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast paced, client service environment.
• Prioritization and multi-project management for multiple stakeholders; strong problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and positive attitude.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive and detail oriented.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Ability to quickly learn multiple software applications.
• Candidates with client management experience and strong interpersonal/technical skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage client finance efforts for multiple clients across units and with clients.
• Own the client finance workflow: budget management, billing, reporting, AR.
• Plan and coordinate client finance deliverables across units for timeliness and quality.
• Serve as liaison between Budget Management Group, units, and clients for finance matters.
• Communicate effectively within agency network and with clients; build strong relationships.
• Attend periodic client and departmental meetings as needed.
