Responsibilities

• Own accurate and complete setup of projects in Workday and related systems (scopes of work, change orders, purchase orders, rate cards, budgets, billing structures).
• Translate contractual terms into correct system configuration, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
• Validate inputs for completeness and accuracy, resolve missing/inconsistent data with stakeholders.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation of contracts and amendments.
• Coordinate intercompany setup and service orders.
