Job summary

Casino Cash Trac is seeking a Technical Consultant to join our Services team. You will install software, tailor solutions, and interact with clients to design and implement custom configurations using SQL, C#, XML, and related tech.

Responsibilities include developing reports, integrating data across systems, and communicating requirements clearly. Travel to client sites across North America is expected as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in MIS/BIS/ISYS/CS or related field.
• Proficient with MSSQL Server development.
• Excellent technical writing and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work as part of a project team.
• Ability to work on-site at client locations across North America.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Work with clients’ management to determine necessary custom development or configurations.
• Develop custom processes and build/modify reports in SQL.
• Leverage data structures and reporting tools to consolidate data for clients.
• Combine analytical skills and problem-solving to address issues.
• Communicate with clients, in person and via documentation, about environment and configuration.
• Provide support services to clients in production environments.
