Job summary

CCT is seeking a Technical Consultant in Tulsa, OK to handle implementations, upgrades, and ongoing production support for casino software. You will configure the platform, build integrations to slot systems, and write SQL against live data while moving toward AWS across on‑premise and cloud environments.

This entry‑level role includes mentorship, a defined technical track, and opportunities to learn casino finance and operations as you grow.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field.
• Working knowledge of SQL from coursework, internship, or personal projects.
• Exposure to an object‑oriented language such as C#, Java, or C++, and willingness to get comfortable in C# and XML.
• Clear technical writing; documenting configurations and data flows for others to follow.
• Curiosity about how businesses run; the software is the easy part.

Responsibilities

• Implementations and upgrades: configure applications for new client environments and version upgrades; build and validate integrations; document configurations and data flows.
• Production support: own technical tickets end to end; reproduce, isolate, resolve, and document; root cause analysis on data discrepancies.
• Code and configuration: write performant SQL for data retrieval and troubleshooting; read/write XML; apply knowledge of C# for integration and customization; use Git.
• Cloud migration: support workloads across on-premise and AWS; learn cloud-native patterns and help build future practices.
• Knowledge and tooling: contribute to team knowledge base; use AI to assist with code, diagnosis, and automation; validate AI output.
