Job summary

TEECOM is seeking a Technical Project Manager I to join client engagements, coordinating technical implementation across real estate and IT environments. You will be the client’s day‑to‑day contact and help maintain organized delivery, clear communication, and reliable documentation.

You will work with Subtask PMs and Team Leads to align execution with goals, monitor dependencies, and escalate risks early, while improving workflows and maintaining project records across multiple regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 4+ years in project coordination/management within AEC or professional services.
• Strong organization, communication, and cross-team collaboration.
• Experience supporting technical implementation and cross‑functional coordination workflows.
• Proficiency with PM tools: Asana, MS Project, Procore, Navisworks, VantagePoint.

Responsibilities

• Align project execution with delivery priorities and firmwide OKRs.
• Track scope, schedule, and dependencies across projects.
• Maintain structured project trackers, logs, and action registers.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams across time zones to keep handoffs moving.
• Support client relationships, PSA/ASA documentation, and project scope updates.
• Contribute to process improvements to increase workflow consistency.
