Job summary

Unify CPA & Payroll in Fort Collins seeks a Staff Accountant to help process client financial information, reconcile monthly banks, and support client projects. You will prepare sales tax returns, 1099s, and general reports while delivering accurate financial data with strong attention to detail.

A three-year bookkeeping background with payroll/sales tax knowledge and proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop/Online and MS Office is required; an associates degree is expected, bachelors preferred.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Business or equivalent learning; Bachelors Degree preferred
• At least three years of experience in full-charge bookkeeping, with general knowledge of payroll and sales taxes a huge plus
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop, QuickBooks Online, and Microsoft Office products
• A unique aptitude for figures and problem-solving
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• A love for serving small businesses, small business owners, and their team
