Job summary

Pentangle Tech Services | P5 Group is seeking an experienced professional to lead automotive embedded software projects. You will partner with client engagement teams, define processes, and remove roadblocks to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

You will report velocity, coordinate releases, and interact with tech leads and architects to drive continuous improvement. Responsibilities include stakeholder updates, documentation, and relationship-building with clients to maximize business value

Qualifications

10+ years’ experience in Automotive embedded SW.
Strong customer management skills
Good knowledge of CMMi/ ISO process for software development
Experience in Automotive embedded SW development, Autosar etc.
Exp in CAN protocol, diagnostics etc.
Experience in offshore /onshore environment.
Experience in the different development methodology
Good communication, analytical and presentation skills, problem solving skills and learning attitude.
Provide management and administrative support to project team, including recruiting support and release documentation (Service Requests, Change Requests, etc.)
Attend program/project-related status meetings to share relevant updates with Project Team
Build strong relationship with the client to appropriately engage the client at every stage in the project life cycle and deliver business value.

Responsibilities

Responsible to a specific client engagement team
Responsible for defining the project processes and best practices and also ensure compliance to the processes defined to ensure quality delivery at the right time.
Work with leads to help remove any technical roadblocks & aid in ensuring implementation continuity during the iteration.
Plan, execute and communicate project direction and status to the customer, project team and leadership.
Continually report Team velocity and analyze variations and take corrective actions for the observed variations.
Understand technical design discussions with Tech Lead and, Architect.
Plan project releases based on backlog coordinated with release schedule.

Attend program/project-related status meetings to share relevant updates with Project Team
