Job summary

Red River is seeking a Project Manager to lead customer projects in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage scope, schedule, and budget, and serve as the primary contact for stakeholders on projects lasting six months or longer.

Candidates should have lifecycle project management knowledge, CAPM/PMP certification, and experience coordinating HW/SW services with federal and commercial clients; travel up to 25% is required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of life cycle and project management methodologies.
• Ability to track costs, schedule, and performance progress.
• Ability to identify and develop risk response strategies.
• CAPM or PMP certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist with project structuring and planning during pre-award and throughout full project execution.
• Identify and mitigate project risks.
• Manage non-technical aspects of project delivery, including cost, performance, schedule, and quality.
• Lead project meetings and ensure cross-functional teams understand responsibilities and objectives.
• Develop detailed project plans.
• Manage project change control processes.
• Prepare project deliverables and write clear, customer-facing documentation.
• Provide cross-functional leadership across project teams.
• Own all aspects of project success.
