Job summary

Precon Events is seeking a Producer to transform qualified client opportunities into compelling live-event solutions in the Washington, DC area. You will partner with Sales and Creative to understand objectives, shape proposals, and translate ideas into actionable budgets and presentations.

You will serve as the connective voice across client, creative, technical, and production teams, guiding concepts from idea to on-site execution while maintaining client relationships and ensuring successful

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in live events, experiential marketing, event production, or a closely related environment with meaningful experience working directly with clients.
• Strong understanding of how creative, scenic, technical, content, venue, and production considerations come together to create an effective audience experience.
• Consultative, client-facing approach with ability to uncover what a client is truly trying to accomplish.
• Strong presentation and communication skills to explain and sell an approach to clients and senior stakeholders.
• Creative and strategic problem-solving balanced with production knowledge to assess feasibility and required resources.
• Experience with event budgets, vendor pricing, scopes of work, and production considerations, balancing ambition with realities of execution.
• Willingness to stay engaged after win, participating in milestones and onsite at live events as needed.
