Job summary

Epiq Advisory for Law Firms seeks a Forward Deployed Legal Engineer to redesign legal work through AI-enabled workflows and practical process improvements. This hands-on, client-facing role requires JD or equivalent training and strong legal-domain fluency.

You'll collaborate with AI Enablement, Data Modernization, and Knowledge Advisory teams to identify high-value use cases, design agentic workflows, and guide adoption across law firms and corporate legal departments in the US, UK, and Canada.

Qualifications

JD or equivalent legal training with law firm or corporate legal experience.
Hands-on experience creating AI agents for legal workflows.
Ability to partner with AI Enablement and cross-functional teams.
Experience improving legal processes through workflow analysis and automation.
Excellent written and verbal communication with non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Translate legal workflows into practical AI-enabled solutions for clients.
Identify, prioritize and document legal AI use cases.
Prototype AI workflows using no-code/low-code tools and prompts.
Define requirements, data inputs, integrations, and workflow logic.
Coordinate with Data Modernization, Document Management, and Change Enablement teams.
