Job summary

AssistRx is looking for a Reporting Business Analyst who will help develop operational and client-facing reporting for patient support programs. This position will act as a bridge between business teams and development, translating needs into technical requirements. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Salesforce data structures and reporting.

Key responsibilities include gathering requirements, creating user stories, and managing JIRA tickets for report development. Applicants must have a degree in a related field and extensive analytical experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Reporting Analyst, or Data Analyst.
• Experience writing requirements, user stories, and JIRA tickets.
• Ability to translate business needs into structured reporting.
