Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required (Accounting, Finance, or Economics preferred).
• 5+ years of audit or tax public accounting (asset management) or fund accounting experience.
• Knowledge of partnership accounting and private markets structures preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Familiarity with QuickBooks is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Act as the point of contact for clients, providing consistent updates of fund activity and day-to-day operational requirements.
• Manage core fund accounting activities, including the upkeep of capital accounts and the production of financial statements.
• Coordinate audit and tax reporting activities, working closely with external auditors and tax professionals to ensure timely and accurate completion.
• Provide guidance and support to team members through coaching, training, and ongoing professional development.
