Job summary

Fidelity is seeking a Financial Representative who serves as the face of the branch, delivering friendly, compliant service and supporting front lobby transactions while preparing for required licenses. You will help deepen client relationships and contribute to a positive branch atmosphere.

You will work with a team to provide daily client support, maintain accuracy, and embrace new tools as Fidelity transitions to an onsite-based model while pursuing relevant licenses.

Qualifications

• Customer service, phone-based or financial services experience is a strong foundation.
• Experience in banking, insurance, or financial services is a plus.
• Tuition reimbursement can help obtain CFP, degree, or equivalent credential.
• Serve as a technology champion, embracing new tools and sharing knowledge.

Responsibilities
