Liquidity Services is hiring an Analyst II/Senior Analyst for eCommerce Client Solutions to drive day-to-day execution of a strategic retail program. The role translates business goals into projects, coordinates cross-functional work, and turns reporting into actionable recommendations for client stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, analytics, supply chain, eCommerce, marketing, information systems, or related field preferred; equivalent relevant experience will be considered.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in eCommerce, client solutions, account management, business analysis, project management, or marketplace operations.
• Experience presenting performance and updates to clients or senior stakeholders.
• Experience with consumer marketplaces such as eBay, Amazon, Walmart, TikTok Shop, Poshmark, or similar channels preferred.
• Experience with Rithum (ChannelAdvisor), Power BI, marketplace portals, or retail returns/recommerce programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads day-to-day client and stakeholder engagement for assigned programs with recurring meetings, decisions, action-item ownership, and progress updates.
• Develops understanding of client objectives to prioritize work and deliver practical recommendations.
• Translates client needs into scoped workplans with milestones, dependencies, and measurable outcomes.
• Coordinates cross-functional initiatives with multiple internal teams and external partners; removes blockers and validates business results.
• Defines reporting priorities and KPIs with the Reporting & Analytics Specialist; ensures reporting accuracy before client presentation.
• Analyzes performance across sales, recovery, pricing, promotions, inventory, and marketplace health to identify drivers and opportunities.
