Job summary

VSG Business Solutions LLC seeks a Project Manager to provide short-term coverage across multiple digital and web programs, serving as the client-side interface between business stakeholders, vendor delivery teams, and technical squads to ensure continuity and timely execution.

The role emphasizes coordinating initiatives, supporting KTLO and minor enhancements, and proactively managing risks, dependencies, and escalations while ensuring clear communications with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven project/program management across multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Experience in a client environment preferred due to short onboarding.
• Strong understanding of enterprise software lifecycle, quality, and release management.
• Digital/web application delivery experience; AEM familiarity is desirable.
• Experience managing business stakeholders and vendor/offshore delivery teams.
• Ability to navigate a complex enterprise environment independently and remove blockers quickly.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, risk management, and execution skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide PM oversight across multiple digital/web applications and programs.
• Coordinate key initiatives, ongoing support, KTLO activities, and minor enhancements.
• Serve as the client-facing PM, working closely with vendor PMs and delivery teams.
• Coordinate directly with business stakeholders to drive decisions, approvals, requirements, and issue resolution.
• Proactively manage risks, dependencies, schedules, actions, and escalations.
• Ensure vendor teams receive required business inputs and decisions to maintain delivery momentum.
• Coordinate with offshore teams while maintaining strong coverage during U.S. business hours.
• Support applicable software lifecycle, quality, compliance, release, and deployment processes.
• Maintain clear stakeholder communication and status reporting across concurrent initiatives.
