Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in client services, account management, or related field.
• Experience coordinating projects with cross-functional teams.
• Experience supervising or leading project teams.
• Strong customer relationship management capabilities.
• Ability to translate client needs to technical objectives, with stakeholder communication.
• Familiarity with Power BI or comparable BI platforms.
• Knowledge of business reporting, analytics, and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational leadership and supervision for the Data Services team.
• Coordinate multiple data analytics and BI projects, monitor schedules and deliverables.
• Serve as primary client relationship contact throughout the project lifecycle.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and client satisfaction.
• Translate client needs into clear objectives for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project delivery.
• Support project planning, scheduling, documentation, and communications.
• Assist with proposals, scopes of work, and service agreements.
• Monitor progress, communicate risks, and manage client expectations.
• Identify opportunities for account growth and expanded services.
• Support business development and client engagement activities.
• Mentor and supervise team members; foster a collaborative culture.
• Contribute to strategic growth of the Data Services function.
