Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Senior Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor to act as the primary client interface, delivering value-added cost management across a major data centre portfolio in Northern Virginia. The role is client-facing and based out of our Tysons, VA office, supporting projects regionally.

You will lead cost management activities on large, multi-phase projects, manage change orders, cost plans, and VE sessions, and mentor junior staff while ensuring adherence to

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in CM, QS, Engineering or related field.
• 6–7 years of experience in cost management, quantity surveying or commercial management on large-scale construction.

Aufgaben

• Estimate and negotiate change orders across the construction lifecycle.
• Provide cost planning, including final cost plans.
• Review and collaborate with design teams and GC on estimates.
• Coordinate with contractors and stakeholders for cost updates.
• Prepare written reports and executive summaries on submissions.
• Lead VE sessions and influence design decisions.
• Manage post-contract cost variances and change control.
