Qualifications

• Proven experience with Microsoft Excel and data handling.
• Strong customer service orientation and clear client communication.
• Able to document client needs and communicate to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Perform client-facing tasks within our platform, including data mapping, importing, print file creation, and transmittal file generation.
• Meet all client and regulatory deadlines with accuracy and consistency.
• Import, reconcile, and document data according to client-specific requirements.
• Train clients on navigating and using our software effectively.
• Submit remittances to federal and state agencies accurately and on time.
• Identify opportunities to improve internal processes, increase efficiency, and reduce risk using AI tools.
