Job summary

Medisolv, Inc. is seeking a Forward Deployed BI Engineer to join our client-facing team. You will embed with health plan and health system clients, translate requirements into dashboards and analytics views, and deliver insights on clinical quality and payer data.

You will collaborate with data modeling, data acquisition, and product teams, manage expectations, and use AI tools to accelerate delivery while maintaining high standards for accuracy and security.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as a BI engineer.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across client teams and internal stakeholders.
• Strong SQL and query optimization skills.
• Broad knowledge of BI tools and data warehousing.

Responsibilities

• Embed with clients to gather, challenge, and refine reporting and analytics requirements
• Build dashboards, reports, and analytical views against health plan and clinical quality data
• Work across BI tooling—the engagement calls for—ours and the client's
• Write and optimize the queries behind those deliverables
• Partner with internal data modeling, data acquisition, and product teams to get the underlying data right
• Translate recurring client requests into productized reporting for the client base
• Present work directly to client stakeholders and manage feedback through to sign-off
• Use AI tooling to improve productivity and accelerate delivery
