Job summary

Truist in the United States is seeking a Regular, full-time teller/customer service professional to provide timely client transaction processing and maintain accurate records. You will guide clients toward digital banking options and support outbound outreach as part of Integrated Relationship Management (IRM).

You will engage customers with excellent service, handle complex transactions when needed, and stay compliant with internal controls and risk policies while contributing to branch team

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years teller/cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to use PC keyboard and software for branch automation.
• Ability to multitask under time constraints.
• Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to travel for temporary staffing needs and occasional weekends/overnights.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience by engaging clients with courteous conversation while performing complex and standard transactions.
• Educate clients on digital/self-service solutions (ATMs, Online/Mobile banking).
• Support sales through outbound calls and identifying client needs.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank leadership routines and training.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
