Job summary

TD Bank is seeking a Retail Banker I in Barre, Vermont. You will serve as a customer liaison, using financial expertise to assist customers with banking solutions and needs, while delivering TD’s Brand promise and building lasting relationships.

The role involves education on TD products, uncovering opportunities, and guiding customers to the right TD partners. The position emphasizes proactive customer outreach, accurate handling of transactions, and adherence to risk and regulatory

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years experience with customers or sales preferred.
• Teller experience preferred and teller training on hire to handle customer transactions.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; ability to work independently or within deadlines.
• Notary license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Legendary customer experience by assisting customers with banking solutions.
• Educate customers on TD products and services; identify opportunities and refer to appropriate partners.
• Execute teller transactions and support customers with deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
• Build trusted relationships and provide consultative advice to meet financial goals.
