VDA, a Boston-based vertical transportation consulting and inspection firm, is seeking an Associate to support multiple functions and engage with Clients to identify solutions that advance project goals.

The role emphasizes high-quality, efficient task completion across departments, with opportunities to learn the industry, develop essential skills, and contribute to meeting Client expectations and company performance.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work collaboratively with Clients and in a team environment.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in the preparation and analysis of reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support project management activities by tracking progress, managing timelines, and coordinating with team members.
• Conduct research and gather data to inform decision-making processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Participate inClient and/orteam meetings, contributing ideas and feedback to enhance project outcomes.
• Maintain organized records and documentation to ensure compliance and facilitate easy access to information.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
