Qualifications

• Proven purchasing experience and vendor negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage project materials, orders, and estimates to meet customer needs.
• Size equipment based on project specs and prepare accurate quotes.
• Generate progress billing and create job orders for execution.
• Build project schedules from order receipt through fabrication, testing and shipping.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure timely delivery of equipment and materials.
• Write technical documents and presentations for client engagement and updates.
