Job summary

Forgepoint is seeking a client-facing technical role at the intersection of customers, product, and applied AI in NYC. You’ll own deployments end-to-end for American manufacturers, map workflows, write SOPs and prompts, build evals, and drive ROI.

The work is hands-on: you’ll write code, prompt LLMs, configure tools, and run workshops with customer teams. You’ll translate field learnings into better products, while traveling to customer sites across the US and collaborating in person five days a

Qualifications

• 4+ years of software engineering or client-facing technical experience.
• Strong ability to write code and prompts for LLMs.
• Ability to scope ambiguous requirements and design simple solutions.
• Exceptional communication and workshop facilitation.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployments from discovery through go-live and ROI tracking.
• Map workflows and define requirements, SOPs, prompts, tools, and handoffs.
• Build evals and test cases to measure quality and guide iteration.
• Configure and launch agents and monitor real-world performance.
• Run customer workshops and manage dependencies to keep deployments moving.
• Learn complex domains quickly and advocate for customer needs.
• Turn recurring deployment problems into reusable patterns and tools.
