Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with routine account-related requests such as funds transfer, deposits, and ATM/debit card usage.
• Research and resolve customer problems, acting as liaison between departments.
• Cross-sell bank products and services based on customer needs.
• Perform teller functions as needed.
• Audit and reconcile cash drawers, including ATM and vault.
• Assist customers with internet and online banking issues.
