Job summary

Farther is seeking a Client Experience Associate to deliver a world-class wealth management experience for Farther advisors and clients. You will support advisor onboarding, client onboarding, ongoing requests, and complex needs, working closely with Product and Engineering to push the boundaries of wealthtech.

• Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years in a client-facing financial services role.
• Strong communication skills; ability to build rapport with advisors and clients.
• Experience with custodial and wealth management platforms and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver world-class client experience by supporting advisor onboarding and client requests.
• Act as relationship manager by handling inquiries via email, phone, and channels.
