Job summary

Farther is a rapidly growing wealth management firm delivering a tailored client experience through a blend of expert advisors and fintech tools. As a Client Experience Associate, you will support advisor and client onboarding, orchestrate financial operations, and partner with Product and Engineering to push wealthtech forward.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of client-facing experience in financial services.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with custodial and wealth management platforms and CRM systems.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Serve as key relationship manager for Farther advisors and clients via email, phone, and other channels.
• Assist with account openings, transfers, and ongoing tasks; coordinate with custodians to confirm completion.
• Monitor client accounts and proactively address issues as they arise.
• Identify opportunities to improve the client experience and collaborate with Product/Engineering teams to implement changes.
• Maintain positive relationships with advisors, custodians, and third-party vendors to ensure client satisfaction.
