Qualifications

• 2+ years of front office, customer-facing experience.
• 2+ years of experience using Microsoft applications, including Excel.
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs. as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong critical thinking skills and time management abilities.
• Experience in pet care, boarding, grooming, veterinary, or service-based scheduling environments (preferred).
• Associate's degree or equivalent professional experience (preferred).
