Job summary

Bridgewater Bank seeks a friendly Client Specialist to greet clients and handle transactions in person, by phone or email, across multiple branches. This float role requires travel throughout the Twin Cities metro and delivering top-tier service with a positive, professional demeanor.

You'll process routine financial actions, verify identities, and collaborate with Deposit Operations to address issues while representing the bank with integrity in every interaction.

Qualifications

• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
• Flexibility to travel to all Bridgewater locations.
• Prior retail or customer service experience.
• Professional, friendly demeanor.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of IT and Integrated Teller a plus.
• College degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process routine financial transactions including check cashing, deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments.
• Greet clients, answer calls, monitor inbox promptly and access client information.
• Verify client identity with each request.
• Balance Integrated Teller role, cash recycler, and vault inventory.
• Ensure all required documentation is completed for transactions.
• Complete suspicious activity incidents and fraud requests with Deposit Operations.
• Sort, distribute, and process returned mail.
• Assist with scanning of documentation into internal systems.
• Represent the bank professionally in all interactions.
• Maintain front desk, conference rooms and supplies.
• Follow policies, security requirements and BSA regulations.
• Participate in ongoing training on banking knowledge and regulations.
