• Provide essential support to Financial Advisors and branch staff.
• Process client financial transactions and expense reports accurately.
• Open new client accounts and verify client information in CRM.
• Prepare letters, forms, and client reports for servicing and prospecting.
• Maintain CRM records and assist with marketing events.
