Job summary

CityVet is seeking a Client Service Specialist to be the friendly first contact at our Plano clinics. You will greet clients, answer calls, and guide them through check-in and appointment processes.

In this role you’ll coordinate schedules for grooming, clinic visits, boarding, and retail services while supporting the team to ensure a smooth, welcoming experience for pets and their people.

Qualifications

• Computer proficiency required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and check in appointments, answer phones, and manage lobby flow.
• Schedule, reschedule, and relay information for grooming, clinic, boarding, and retail services.
• Maintain smooth daily operations and assist team as needed.
