Edelman Financial Engines is seeking a Client Services specialist to partner with Financial Planners and deliver high-level service to clients. You will coordinate meetings, review paperwork, and help ensure accurate account activity while protecting client confidentiality.

The role requires two years of relevant financial services experience, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and strong finance knowledge with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Two years of relevant experience in financial services is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Good understanding of finance and investment markets/securities.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
• Ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate client meetings, including greeting clients and preparing paperwork.
• Supervise client account activity and resolve issues.
• Prepare and review new account paperwork for completeness.
• Verify accounts are traded into the correct model and assist operations as needed.
• Document key client achievements and data for future interactions.
• Maintain risk awareness and regulatory compliance within policy.
• Support firm initiatives and participate in company projects as needed.
• Represent CSA voice in projects and product rollouts.
