Qualifications

• High School Diploma/Equivalency required.
• College degree preferred.
• Industry experience is a plus.
• Willingness to obtain Series 7 (GS), and Series 66 (AG/RA) or Series 63 (AG) and Series 65 (RA).

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and enhance client relationships through proactive communication.
• Assist with firm services including Morgan Stanley Online and Morgan Stanley Mobile.
• Confirm authorization and authenticate clients when processing requests.
• Onboard and maintain client accounts and process money movement transactions.
• Review and act on client account alerts.
• Partner with Financial Advisors in developing a business plan and delivering client service.
• Coordinate client meetings and travel arrangements.
