Morgan Stanley is seeking a Senior Client Service Associate to support Financial Advisors and Private Wealth Advisors in delivering an exceptional client experience. The role emphasizes client service, relationship building, and operational support across meetings and reporting.

The position involves collaborating with internal partners, researching client needs, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of firm policies and tools in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership skills.
• Knowledge of financial services products, including equities, bonds, options, mutual funds, annuities, insurance, and managed accounts.
• Expert knowledge of basic personal computer, MS Office and internet applications.

Responsibilities

• Cultivating relationships with business partners and colleagues internally and externally.
• Supporting FA/PWA/team in enhancing client relationships with an exceptional client experience.
• Assisting in delivering against the client service model, including meetings and tracking follow-ups.
• Ensuring all client service functions are performed timely and delegating work as needed.
• Providing backup coverage for traditional Client Service Associate responsibilities as requested.
• Staying current on policies, procedures and platforms and sharing best practices.
