Job summary

Vanta Diagnostics LLC in Tampa, FL, seeks a Client Services Representative to provide prompt, cooperative assistance to internal and external customers under supervision. The role is on-site, Monday–Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor.

You will establish trusted relationships, answer calls, greet visitors, support data entry and report requests, and help with communications projects while adhering to safety regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; clerical experience helpful.
• Desirable higher education and medical/customer service exposure.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Establish trusted relationships with internal and external customers.
• Answer incoming calls and transfer to appropriate party.
• Greet visitors and direct them to the correct personnel.
• Respond to requests including referrals, reports, and data entry.
• Document calls and resolutions in service forms with details.
• Support communication projects (letters, emails, announcements).
• Initiate quarterly telephone communication with referral sources.
• Manage service recovery to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Provide monthly reports at QA meetings.
• Adhere to safety regulations.
