Qualifications

• Two+ years of industry experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide service coverage for a FA team, cultivate client relationships, and answer questions about accounts.
• Execute money movement transactions per client/FA requests.
• Enter profile information and pre-fill account documents in a clerical capacity.
• Educate or enroll clients in digital tools like MSOnline, eSign, eAuthorization.
• Onboard and maintain client accounts with required documentation.
